For some people, eliminating vegetable oil from their diet completely cures their skin problems. For others, it's part of the problem. Most of us don't know the amount of oil we consume that leads to the breakouts.
It's nothing to be ashamed or guilty of. Most of us have bad eating habits and for a lot of us it's hard to imagine cutting vegetable oil out of our diet entirely.
