1901's Head Chef, Michael Kreiling, has devised an impressive fast-track, seasonal menu that features delights like scallops with celeriac puree, nutmeg, radish relish and mixed cress; beef tenderloin, Wellington style with red wine jus and spinach; and early grey crème brulee, lemon cream, honeycomb, tea cake and milk chocolate cream, all using fresh, quality ingredients.
